Now that we understand Verified Certificates and how they work, how do they function in a browser? Various certificate providers (whether local, national, or global) do not offer this feature.

Linux :

sudo apt-get install ca-certificates -y

Converting from PEM
openssl x509 -outform der -in CERTIFICATE.pem -out CERTIFICATE.crt

Converting from DER
openssl x509 -inform der -outform pem -in CERTIFICATE.der -out CERTIFICATE.crt

sudo cp CERTIFICATE.crt /usr/local/share/ca-certificates

Update your certificate
sudo update-ca-certificates

openssl x509 -in certificate.crt -text -noout
Display : Issuer, Subject, Valid dates, Public key, Signature algorithm

I haven’t tried it yet, but I vaguely remember. The certificate is for Linux Server OS certification.
For Windows, or even macOS, you should ask an expert like DigitalOcean.

But is random data acceptable? 😂

The Certificate Issuer is Not Liable to Clients. There is no difference between http and https. You can find them on several legitimate provider directories.

Ideally, this should be part of the certification provider’s qualification process. If the website is managed by an individual:
-Submit proof of qualifications and work history to the certificate provider. Or,
-Submit formal education records related to the website. Or,
-Submit a profile ID.

For websites on a country-specific blacklist:
-Apply for a website certificate.

A. Blacklisting an ISP?
It depends on the ISP’s line of business. If it is a general Internet service provider, legal action—including filing a lawsuit or an appeal—may be taken.

B. How strong is the legal authority of certification providers?
It surpasses that of the UN or EU laws. (They, the UN, and the EU have officially recognized this in the business, humanitarian, and political spheres. However, regulatory certification bodies hold greater sway)
Generally, certification providers are authorized by Assistant Secretaries in various fields (Director-Generals).
They are managed by experts across various fields, covering supervision, research, and advancement.

C. Google and YouTube are blocked in countries like China, Arab nations, and Korea. Can they file a lawsuit?

This applies everywhere, including urban and rural areas.
They establish associations and laws within their respective jurisdictions. It may not be Google or YouTube. A company, organization, or individual website that holds valid, officially recognized certification.
-Tends to be looked down upon or excluded if operating in a region with foreign regulations.
Fact: 60% of countries require contractors (not consultants) to be domiciled within their territory.

Consultants or experts can come from anywhere, but contractors with financial capital and profit motives prioritize the interests of the relevant region.
