Duplicate Company Names. Who Wins？

It has nothing to do with any government ministry or the national government.

There are many articles and videos claiming:
Not paying taxes?!!
Wait until you face problems or claims involving duplicate company names?!?!?!
That’s WRONG. It has nothing to do with it.

An Association or a Certificate is the Solution.

Association Performance in Issuing Certifications:
-Data is received from various companies.
-The Certification Association reports to the Central Office. If the data is found to be false—including false personnel information, false qualifications, or duplicate company names—the application is rejected. It cannot yet be verified.
Companies that have been verified beforehand are considered winners; new companies in the certification process must change their company name, even if it involves changing just one letter of the company name.

Geo Persada Consultants, Muara Aman, Lebong, Bengkulu, Indonesia. The Bandung headquarters is facing an issue with a duplicate company name. This could lead to complications if both companies were to handle major projects (which require certification).
We have no contact information, except for Mr. Krisna. However, Mr. Krisna is difficult to reach. All businesspeople and officials, especially in Muara Aman, Lebong, know Mr. Krisna.

We have not encountered any cases where companies share the same name but are certified by different certification bodies.
Company XYZ is certified by KLM.
Company XYZ-2 (same company name) is certified by Opt.
Both are valid and acceptable; the data is not fraudulent, whether regarding the company’s expert staff or its ability to handle its business operations.
It is possible that the certifying bodies are competing with one another. Given that their oversight extends beyond merely verifying data validity to include preventing various forms of fraud and ensuring product quality in business operations.

Consumer reviews, the company’s age, and similar factors cannot be used as justification. Administrative documents serve as the legal reference.
